James did a great job of loosening tight muscles in my neck and back. Felt wonderful the rest of the day. Highly recommend the Spa. Just too bad that they are students and they move on. I have had mostly good therapists that are accommodating to my preferences.

Every time I go to the Spa at Northwest, I am always amazed at how great the massage is. This week I had an awesome massage with KATANA, she had every point I asked her to shoulders posture and circulation. I can’t say enough of how great of a massage was, . The schedule fills up fast so if you want a great massage, you need to call soon.

This was my first experience at The Spa and it was everything I hoped for. The lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming. She offered me the option of doing a 100min massage instead of my original 50min. After check in, she directed me to the waiting room, which was clean and relaxing. Zeaundra was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She understood my health concerns and addressed them accordingly. Because of her I am considering buying a membership. Thank you Zeaundra.

I recently had a 100 minute massage with the therapist Chad, who was outstanding from start to finish. His massage techniques were excellent, and he applied just the right amount of pressure where it was needed. He paid special attention to the areas that required the most work, particularly my back and shoulders, and he even found a knot in my calf that is missed by most. I left feeling significantly better. He was polite, professional, and attentive throughout the entire session, making the experience both comfortable and therapeutic. I have found that 100 minutes is the perfect amount of time to thoroughly address the entire body. After many years of receiving massages, I can honestly say that Chad has been the best therapist I've had. I highly recommend booking with him if you have the opportunity.

What an incredible massage! The Spa at Northwest has really upgraded their atmosphere—the new location offers more privacy and a true spa-like feel. The front desk attendant was pleasant, and my massage therapist, even as a student, was excellent—it was hard to believe it was a student massage.
The experience was so enjoyable that I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional massage.
